PT Adaro Indonesia operates under a Coal Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Indonesia which gives it the right to mine coal within its Agreement Area in the Tanjung district of Kalimantan Selatan Province until the year 2022 with Rights to extend by mutual agreement are available.

There are three deposits within the Agreement Area which contain total coal resources of 2.8 billion tones of open cut coal characterized by extremely thick seams of up to 50 meters with relatively low overburdenhereby otter you the following positions:

Finance and Accounting Staff (Code: FAS)
Requirements :

    * Male/ Female
    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy, GPA > 3.0
    * Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
    * Good command in English
    * Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
    * Hard worker, good interpersonal skill
    * Willing to be located at South Kalimantan

Payroll Officer (Code: PO)
Requirements:

    * Male / female
    * Minimum Diploma degree in Accountancy
    * Minimum 3 years experiences as payroll staff / compensation and benefit
    * Good command in English, both spoken & written
    * Good interpersonal skill

HR Operations Staff (Code: HROS)
Requirements:

    * Male / female
    * Bachelor degree in Psychology, min GPA >3.00
    * Fresh graduates are welcome
    * Good knowledge in Psychological Test
    * Good command in English, both spoken & written
    * Good interpersonal skill
