Bank Operational (Customer Service, Teller, Main Vault, Clearing, Operator)
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)

Responsibilities:

    * Mastered BI regulation related basic banking products and service.
    * Familiar with bank’s saving & bank’s loan transaction, such as deposit, transfer, granted, repayment, settlement and other loan and saving business.
    * Able to coordinate overall branch operational activities, comprising sundries transaction, export import, accounting, general, teller, and loan/clearing account for the sake of ensuring the smoothness of overall daily branch operational activities and assuring the customer service’s quality.
    * Able to handle all transaction of intra city clearing, free deposit and free withdraw, remittance, RTGS, internal account (non-financial categories account), and other accounts handling.
    * Able to perform custody of the numbered form like BG, check, time deposit certificate, passbook in Main Vault, and book keeping them through off-balance transaction.

For Operator:

    * Minimum working experience of 1-2 years as telephone operator.
    * Responsible to manage the incoming and outgoing document and properly place it to the right person.
    * Able to take message, service incoming and outgoing calls and also supplies proper connections.

Requirements:

    * Minimum 3 years working experience in Foreign Banks as Teller or Customer Service.
    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
    * Applicants must be willing to work in Medan.
    * Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Financial Reporting Accountant (Code: FRA)
(Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

- Reports to Finance Controller, the incumbent is responsible to assist FC in:
- Preparing reports to the Group or BU Management, including filing of the supporting documents
* To ensure all data are accurately prepared and entered into the reporting template correctly,
* To ensure all reports are submitted timely (as per Group reporting and special requirements), checking and reviewing the data prior submitting to the Group or Management.
- Preparing BU budget / forecast, ie:
* To collect all data from the respective department and prepare the working files, to assist FC in reviewing and to ensure all data are properly compiled and presented
* To ensure the budget and forecast are timely submitted, analyzing for any discrepancies between actual and budget / forecast.

Monitoring Excellence – 2010 target achievement:
* To prepare monthly summary reports for all departments expenses
* To obtain provide the information to the respective department head and obtain the explanation for any discrepancies.
* To alert management should any expenses exceeding the budget/forecast.

Requirements:

General Requirements:
* Must possess at least Bachelor degree in Finance or Economic with deep understanding in Financial Statement preparation,
* Having 4-6 years working experience in Accounting, Finance Reporting, and Budgeting / Forecasting. (HFM and Costing would be an advantage) with minimum 2 years in Supervisory Level at any multinational/ similar industries,
* Actively speaking and writing in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
* Computer literacy is a must and can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
* Familiar with ERP system (JDE, Pick, etc).
