Holcim Indonesia is paving the way for Indonesia developers. The country's third-largest cement maker and
construction materials manufacturer, Holcim Indonesia has grown into a dominant construction materials supplier since it was founded in 1971. With two cement plants and a grinding facility, it has the capability to produce some 8.5 million tons of cement per year. Cement Holcim Indonesia's bread and butter, comprising some 90% of total revenues. Through subsidiary Holcim Beton, the company also produces ready-mix concrete and aggregates. The company sells its products from a network of more than 9,000 retail outlets. Global cement giant Holcim controls some 77% of Holcim Indonesia.

Sales and Marketing Executive

To contribute to the development and to execute Geocycle’s Marketing and Sales Plan. To focus on high value waste to achieve the GAV targets.

Education : Technical and/or business diploma or degree
Experience:

* Min. 2 year in current position
* Experience in dealing effectively with people at all level within an organization.
* Experience in dealing with customers and government agencies.
* Previous experience in waste management industry in the capacity of sales and marketing serving and developing new key accounts
* Previous experience in developing and managing waste service contracts.
* Computer Literate: Computer literacy
* Language: Good communication skills in English

Other qualification:

* Ability to work with external and internal individuals at all levels (including existing contacts).
* Working knowledge of hazardous sustains regulation
* Working knowledge of hazardous materials handling
* Waste management business process knowledge
* Negotiation and presentation skills (Good written and oral communication skills).
* Awareness of OHS at the workplace
